Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders out from our 3PL partners at different regional shipping hubs. Once we receive your order, it is automatically forwarded it to the appropriate shipping hub, which will contact you over email with tracking information.

As of Feburary 26th, we are offering ONLY USA + CANADA SHIPPING.

EU and international shipping options will be coming in the following weeks!

No Order Edits and Cancellations

Our webstore is not able to cancel or edit orders that have already been placed. Please make sure all items and quantities in your cart are correct. We cannot guarantee we will be able to edit any order information after confirmation due to the automated process!

Shipping Terms

Orders will be accepted and then shipped out as soon as we are setup in our new warehouse. 

We offer standard ground shipping for United States and Canada from Quarter Master Logistics. They will ship your order often via FedEX from their warehouses in Florida. We do not offer local pick up. Canada orders are shipped in bulk after labels are created, so they may not be updated for a few days until they start moving within Canada, so expect a few day tracking delay for CAN fulfillment.

EU + international orders will be fulfilled from Fulfillment Europe in Germany.

EU + international Shipping will be available to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Shipping fees range from $10-$30 for most single game orders. Other international countries in South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia may be available for shipping from the Fulfillment Europe warehouse and can experience significantly longer shipping timelines. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received for international orders.

Standard US shipping often takes about 1 week. EU can range from 1-2 weeks, UK orders 2+ weeks. Other regions will vary in terms of fulfillment time, and up to 10 weeks to ship to some countries. Holidays and large volumes of orders may affect order processing. Please allow another 7-10 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received. Holidays may delay delivery estimates. Once orders are with postal couriers, we cannot affect delivery speeds.
